Why there is no login
Benchies does not keep accounts or passwords. Everything you need — tracking, returns, warranty — runs off your order number and the email on the order, so there is nothing to sign into and nothing of yours sitting on a server waiting to leak.
Your order confirmation email has the number. If you cannot find it, email us with the address you ordered with and we will dig it out.
Tracking
A tracking link goes out the moment the shipping label is made. If it has not moved in three business days, tell us and we will chase the carrier or ship a replacement.
